Travelogue:

After our stay in Patagonia we flew to Puerto Montt to pick up our camper from Holidayrent. We were looking forward to that for a long time! On November 12th, we were picked up at the airport to drive to Puerto Varas. There the camper was waiting for us. After the extensive briefing, good instructions and a camper check we finally hit the road.

For 8 days we had the pleasure to travel with the camper. Our final goal was Santiago de Chile. We visited several places and saw some beautifull spots! From Valdivia to Talca to Pichilemo and even to Valparaiso. In some areas we were really glad to drive a 4x4 camper, especially on the dirt roads at the West Coast.

We were very happy with our camper; it was fully equiped and we had all the tools we needed. We really felt as if it was our home, even if it was temporary. And surprisingly: Hans slept well in the camper bed, despite his length (almost 2 meter)!

We want to thank Holidayrent for their friendly services and good advices.

We hope to come back to beautiful Chile soon!

Nous avons été très contents du camper, qui est vraiment un moyen génial pour visiter la patagonie, et pouvoir s'arrêter quand on le souhaite et où on le souhaite, sans se préoccuper de réserver ou de trouver un hôtel. Le camper est tout à fait fonctionnel et très pratique. Seules peut être les toilettes ne nous ont pas tentées !! Nous n'avons pas essayé !!, mais le reste : cuisine, douche et lit : parfait.
