We just wanted to share feedback on our recent rental with HolidayRent! Excellent customer service right from the start of the booking process - rented direct from their website for a 7 days in Sep 2022. The HolidayRent team (Sandra and Marlou) communicated the entire process very efficiently and response via email were prompt.
We (2 pax) were picked up from our hotel to the HolidayRent site in Punta Arenas, where the single cabin Patagonia Camper 4x4 booked was waiting for us.
Greeted by Timo Bockle, who explained everything the functionality of the motorhome to us very clearly. We had a very pleasant experience with HolidayRent and will definately use them again. Timo was really friendly and provided wonderful information. Everything in the motorhome was clean and functional. All was working well - heater, water pump, gas, solar panels, electricity, etc. Even managed to live off-grid for a few nights in Argentina and Chile, without needing electricity or water from a proper campsite! There was a few days where the entire town of El Calafate was out of water (literally) and we were so glad we had water to take a warm shower straight out of the motorhome!
Please take the time to listen to their briefing during pick-up as it helped us greatly - as travelling from Australia to South America for the first time and crossing borders between Chile and Argentina!
