Puerto Varas

Situated on the shore of the Lago Llanquihue, the city Puerto Varas is renowned as one of the most beautiful towns in Chile.

This town has a distinct German influence, as many of the settlers that founded the town in the XIX century came from that country.
Today, it offers the visitor an astonishing landscape, a good hotel and gastronomy infrastructure, a modern casino, a beach at the lakeshore and in the summer various open air cultural and culinary activities.

Isla Chiloe
